• 1. I hereby understand and agree that the Bulk SMS service can only be used as a communication tool to reach solicited users that have an existing relationship with my business.
• 2. I hereby understand and agree that should I request for any of the above services and products to be terminated from my account before the 12 months contract period ends, I will pay the total outstanding monthly recurring charge (MRC) over the rest of the contract period remained.
• 3. I hereby certify that all the information supplied above is correct and accurate. If any of the information provided is found to be false, either before or after service is provided, the contractual agreement will be deemed to have come to an end without further formalities and all sums due to Telecel Ghana shall become due and payable immediately.

• 9. I also take due notice of the fact that the quality of the service may vary from time to time and place to place due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 10. In the event of non-payment, Ghana Telecom/Vodafone shall have the right to suspend/terminate the service as it thinks appropriate.
• 11. I will not use the above services for any illegal purpose and I will not let anyone tamper with the service. If any activity in relation to the usage of this service is determined to be illegal, I agree that Ghana Telecom/Vodafone shall have the right to terminate service without prior notice and it shall be compensated for any fines that will be given to Ghana Telecom/Vodafone.
• 12. I hereby agree to advertise clearly the charges on the premium-rate numbers and I agree that Ghana Telecom/Vodafone shall have the right to terminate service without prior notice and it shall be compensated for any fines for abuse of such premium-rate service.
